Freeform "Pick One" that is a Drag & Drop not working properly.

I have created a freeform "Pick One" that is supposed to act as a drag and drop since the order of the steps or actions is not important. When I preview the slides in Storyline, I get the proper slide layer for whatever choices drag to the "Answer" boxes. Then when I publish to Review360 for the SMEs to review, they choose correct answers and the assessment returns the incorrect slide layer for them. Additionally, I have copied and pasted these slides into a new storyline file, for testing purposes and published them to Review360. In the new file, I don't get this issue of the Incorrect slide layer showing with Correct results.
Attached below are both storyline files and the answer key for these questions.

If one version doesn't act right, and a copy of it does, probably the original has a corruption somewhere that isn't being copied over.You can keep importing slides one at a time, until you find the problem, or you can start with a part that works and rebuild the rest.
Articulate Support took a look at this issue for me and it is a possible bug. The issue is centered around whether the question is in a question bank or not. When I don't get the proper result slide when published in review360, it is in a question bank. When not in a questions bank it works as intended.
