Having issues uploading to Review360

I have been trying to upload/replace my content module that is out on Review360 for the past 5 hours now and the bar is slowly moving and then when it reaches the halfway point the 'Uploading Course' box disappears and it brings me back to the main Publish page where you choose how you want to publish it. It does not even give me an error message or anything. The upload closes and brings me back to the main publish box option as I stated.

All I am trying to do is publish a new version of an existing item that I uploaded back on January 16th.

I have checked Port 443 and it is opened, and IT stated that we are not blocking any of these sites.

Any assistance on this would be great.
