How to automatically 'throw delegate out of quiz' upon submission of incorrect answer

I am designing a course where, at the start, there are 2 options:

Option 1 - take the course with a test-out at the end with a passing score of 80 percent and up to 3 attempts to pass

Option 2 - Take the test without doing the course with one attempt and a pass rate of 100 percent.  

The question:  how do I create a setting, where, upon submitting an incorrect answer in Option 2, the delegate is automatically ejected from the test-out and is directed to complete the course from the beginning?
