How to get questions to show in Print Results page?

I've added a print results button on my results screen, but it only shows what type of question it is. How can I change it to show the actual question?

You'll want to make sure that you're entering the quiz question in the 'Question Title' placeholder text box as shown in this screenshot from the Slide Master view:
Having this text box populated will result in the 'Print Results' page displaying the question correctly.

I would like to be able to modify that output so my students can print short-answer and essay questions to PDF and then upload them to Canvas since there is no other functionality to do this. Is there a way to modify the table you see above so that everything fits neatly on a page?
