HTML5 link missing

Hello,
I have a problem with publishing videos to web html5 on Articulate Storyline 3.
When publishing there was also ''story_html5'' link in the folder.
Now it's missing from the published content folder. We only have ''story''.
The video is playing alright. But the player had a transparent background and that is now lost.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
Can I fix it or should I turn to our company IT-dep, or is there a program update missing? I have checked the updates and everything seems up to date.

But what is responsible for the missing transparent background? I have tried everything in the Player Properties, but nothing seems to work.
Thank You so much for that info! That explains it, basically.
If anyone working for the Articulate Company could also comment on that, would be helpful..
