I am having some trouble with Storyline 360 and the results from a final assessment. The learner has an unlimited number of tries to pass the assessment but if the learner fails the first attempt and passes the second attempt, the new (higher/passing) score is not being shown even though it is shown that they passed. Has anyone experienced this? Am I missing something in the settings? In the attached pictures while testing in Scormcloud, I first failed the quiz and then passed it with 100% but it shows my score still at 35%.
