Problem with 360° image feature. Screen goes black
Black appears instead of the image within the 360 degree environment. So far this has only randomly occurred while on the LMS (Litmos) and not within the 360 Review tool. Seems like the image isn't loading.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Okay, I have the solution. I share it, it might help others.
So in our LMS we have this setting:
Optimize Download Speed (CDN) - ON/OFF
Once I turned it off, it worked. No black screen. - BeccaLevanCommunity Member

I appreciate you sharing a screenshot and details of what you're experiencing. Since you see this behavior in your LMS, I'd recommend testing in a different LMS environment as a first step to see if you notice a difference.

Yes, I tested it in Scorm.cloud and it worked fine. Then again, it works fine in our LMS as well most of the time. Then randomly someone will get a black screen.
I'll share the file in a support case and hopefully someone can figure this out. Thanks.

Any news on that? I have the same problem. The 360 degree rooms are working fine in the preview and even on Review 360, but only black screen on LMS.

Sorry to hear that you ran into a similar behavior.
We recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud to isolate if the behavior is LMS specific. If you are able to observe the behavior in SCORM Cloud, open a support case with our team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.

It seems it is an LMS-related problem. The course is running fine in other LMS.
