Problem with 360° image feature. Screen goes black

Black appears instead of the image within the 360 degree environment.  So far this has only randomly occurred while on the LMS (Litmos) and not within the 360 Review tool.  Seems like the image isn't loading. 

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.

I appreciate you sharing a screenshot and details of what you're experiencing. Since you see this behavior in your LMS, I'd recommend testing in a different LMS environment as a first step to see if you notice a difference. 

If you're able to share your file with us in a support case, we're happy to test it on our end and figure out our next steps from there. Looking forward to hearing from you so we can get to the bottom of this!
