Reorder Quiz Font Size Issue

It appears that Kristin's case is related to a possible software bug we're tracking, where the font size of Sequence Drag and Drop answer choices are displayed very small when previewed or when viewing the published course when the slide size is 1920x1080. As a workaround, you can try resizing your slide sizes as 960x540 (16:9) or 720x540 (4:3), the default sizes, to get the same font size on the sequence drag-and-drop choices.

Since this is an older thread, I'd like to start from the beginning. Are you experiencing an issue where the size of the font while editing the course is larger than the font size when previewing? If not, can you please provide some detail on what you're seeing?

Additionally, if you're comfortable sharing your file, I'd be happy to take a look to investigate further. You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

I have some great news to share. We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Build 3.80.30988.0, we've included important fixes and new features.

One fix included in this update: 

• Font sizes shrunk for sequence drop-down answers when previewed or published.
