Hello! I have bene building a training module and up until yesterday, every button I created would show the select state when clicked on just fine. Now suddenly whenever I click any of my buttons, the selected state does not appear (the button functionality still works though). It's my understanding that you shouldn't have to set a specific trigger to change the state of a button to Selected. As I had mentioned, everything was working just fine a couple days ago and nothing has changed with the button setup. Any thoughts as to what might be happening? Possibly a bug?
Hi this was two years ago. I seem to have the same issue. And my icons are not grouped. One icon (telephone icon) always goes to selected state the others never do. Is this problem possibly b/c I copy and pasted the icons even though i renamed them?
Just to clarify, regarding the telephone icon you mentioned, are you experiencing the selected state after selecting the icon, or does it show up automatically as the selected state?
Do you experience this same behavior if you insert a brand new icon (without pasting)?

We have a bug reported where the Selected state is not displaying/showing when the objects are grouped.
Are your buttons in a group?
If that's not the case, would you be comfortable sharing your .story file either here or privately through a support case so we can investigate?

I figured it out. I had to put in a brand new icon. If i copy and paste it
does not work/
Duplicate usually works. Copy and paste seldom does.
