Storyline 3 text outside text input box

I have converted a Storyline 2 project to Storyline 3. Now the "type your text here" appears outside the text box, the text box appears in random places and the size is over the edge of the slide in some cases.
How do I fix this?

I'm using the latest version of Storyline 3.

I can confirm that I was able to observe the same behavior on my end. I tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them helped fix the behavior:
