I am building a career roadmap for our organisation and despite having a lovely clear image to upload, as soon as this is put into preview or publish it goes blurry. I have asked our designer to send me a more high res picture in the hope that this would help, but that image won't even upload into storyline.
I've added some attachments in the hope that someone can advise me what to do. I have adjusted the settings in the publish box to 100% but no luck...
