Survey Print results all lumped together

I've set up a Likert survey in a course as a quick self assessment. I added the Print Results button but when this is clicked, all of the results are grouped together and unreadable.
How do I get it so the are separate?

Hi Tom!
You can customize the printed results page by configuring the report.html file in the published output. You might need some coding expertise to do so, which our community members should be able to help with!

Thanks for the response Lauren. I was hoping there was an easier way as I have limited coding experience.
Back to the drawing board I guess...
