Update 82: Articulate 360 Desktop App might not display desktop-authoring apps
Hi everyone,
Installing the latest Articulate 360 desktop app update (1.82.31354.0) might not display the desktop-authoring apps, as shown below.
We're working to fix this issue in a future update. In the meantime, here's how you can access the desktop-authoring apps:
- Open your system tray by clicking the ^ button in the lower right corner of the taskbar.
- Right-click the Articulate icon and select Quit, as shown below.
3. Reopen the Articulate 360 desktop app from the Start Menu.
The desktop-authoring apps should now display. If they don't, restart your computer.

2 years later and this is still an issue...This just happened to me. Is the only solution to uninstall and re-install the entire suite?
Hi WalterLyon, please click on the dropdown next to your profile picture and choose Sign Out. Then sign back in. Does that fix things for you?
