I am trying to embed a web object in a SL file (it's a poll everywhere poll). When I set it to display in slide, when I publish, it says "refused to connect." However, when I set it to display in a new window, it loads fine. I know there's a fix for this for YouTube videos, but does anyone know a workaround for other web addresses that give this error?
Thanks! So I am working on this in conjunction with someone else in my company who is in charge of poll everywhere (I do not have access to our PE account), and it looks like Robert's instructions are outdated. Do you know if there are updated steps I can give my coworker?
I'm not very knowledgeable about PollEverywhere, but here's what I found out: if you open the Share and Embed tab, you will have two options each for Response Link, PollEv page, and Live Results. You want to choose the second option (Copy Embed Script) of what you want to show.

Hi, Samantha.
We have a discussion where community member Robert shows the steps to embedding PollEverywhere into a Storyline file. Take a look here.
While it's an older discussion, I also tested it a few months back, and it seemed to work.
I hope this helps!

The link will look similar to this:
You will want to copy the URL from the iframe, and that's what you'll paste into the URL for the web object:
Let me know if this helps!
This worked!! Thank you so much! I didn't think to pull the embed link from the iframe code. I really appreciate your help!!!
