Add-Ons?
I am trying to create a blended learning module through Storyline. I would like for the audience to be able to submit questions and them to pop up on a slide during the presentation. I am VERY new to Articulate Storyline and I am wondering if this is an option within Storyline or if there is a workaround?

While not a feature included in Storyline, you might be able to achieve this by embedding a web object from a third-party service.
Take a look at Robert's suggestion in this discussion. This is from a few years back, but I tested it, and it still seems to work:
