Hi Meera, I've seen this before on my own posts. I think for some reason, the text in the discussion gets automatically flagged and reported. I think its just the forum filters. I'd be interested to know as well.
Hi Meera,
Sam is correct.
It appears that they were flagged as part of our spam filtering. That's why they were grayed-out or not visible to others in the community.
Our team monitors flagged posts for false positives and releases them to the community as soon as possible.
Your post is now live and it looks like you're getting great assistance there.

I just had this happen to me as well. Even though the first time some account was able to reply to it still before it all got greyed out.
Meanwhile there's multiple github spam links being posted to the forum that are not greyed out.

It keeps getting greyed out. Here's the full text:
I have made new project file to test the working of the 'Restart Course' trigger.
It's not working like I have always used this button up until now, I don't think.
See the attached .story file.
As you'll notice after pressing the button Restart the Course on the Results Slide, the navigation in the menu jumps to the first page; however it is still showing the Results screen. And the learner is stuck on the Results Slide.
Is this a new bug?
I made this screen recording to show what happens when I press the restart course button on the results screen:

test
Hi Bart and Colleen,
Sorry for the trouble with your posts being flagged - the team does review these throughout the day and release them, but as you noted, our site (and many others!) has been hit with a recent spam attack. We're working on various mitigation elements, but one thing to keep in mind is posting multiple times in a row with the same content is likely to cause the posts to continually be flagged too.
If you're ever needing to check what happened to your post, reach out to our Support team directly and we're happy to investigate!

I too am having an issue with my post being greyed out. See post below.
Thanks in advance.
Stroryline get's stuck and have to force close. Support suggestions did not seem to help
Aug 05, 2024
It seems like Storyline was working great for awhile. I am doing some branching scenarios and have a pick your avatar slide and then populates the rest. Since I was having issues, I thought I would try to create a master slide to minimize accidental mistakes. I am having the same issue as I was before. I may be crazy, but it seems all of my issues seem to come up whenever I am changing or adding states to Sylvie character. When I did it the regular way Sylvie had some issue (not showing up sometimes, some freezing and other odd behavior) and now with master slides, it seems to get stuck and freeze when messing with her.
I have redone this project multiple times trying to fix glitches and now wondering if it is the software or a Sylvie "gremlin".
Would really appreciate some help. I am attaching a screenshot, the templates that both had issues and also a video of it freezing.
Thanks in advance.
Hi Robert,
We have automated processes in place that flag posts that might contain content that violates our community guidelines. We go through each post and if we find one that was falsely tagged like your post, we immediately unflag them.
I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing the issue. I let the support agent handling your case know that the issue is still not resolved, and I also shared that you're working on a company-issued machine. Your computer might be under certain policies or restrictions which could be causing the behavior.
