I read a previous thread about publishing to Litmos but this is a little different. We are publishing courses and added the .pdf template for certificates to be provided at the end of each course. Litmos is adding a certificate after each module. At first, that workflow was okay, however, we have updated the template, and uploaded it in the LMS but the system is still showing the old certificate template information. We decided to scratch having a certificate after each module but the system does not allow us to do that.
So, can you turn off certificate publishing after each module? If not, how do you update old certificates showing in multiple module courses (e.g. 4-9 module courses) when it's coming from the LMS, not SL 360 or RISE 360 and the certificate template has been updated?
