🎧 Making accessibility effortless in Storyline 360!

We recently rolled out automatic closed captions generation in version 3.105.35604.0, and it’s already one of my favorite recent additions.

Now, when you insert a video into your project, Storyline will ask if you’d like to let AI generate captions automatically. Just click yes, and we’ll take care of it in the background while you keep building. You can even tell Storyline to remember your choice for next time.

When the captions are ready, you’ll get a quick prompt to review them in the closed captions editor, and the Accessibility Checker will help flag any unreviewed captions you should double-check before sharing your course with learners.

This update removes one of the most tedious parts of video-based course creation while helping more authors meet accessibility standards by default.
