2 out of ten beta testers have gotten stuck

I'm hoping for some help from the Articulate Team.  I'm out of ideas.  I have created a training and I sent it out to beta testers.  Two of the beta testers are not able to get past the main menu.  Everyone else has had no trouble completing the training.  The two that got stuck tried in both Chrome and Edge.  One of them tried again the next day and it worked, so I thought maybe a full restart was the key.  But the second person did two full reboot's and still the training will not progress past the one slide.

Why would it work for most, but not all?  I can not get it to replicate the issue on my computer.

    Hey Rachel!

    Has the one beta tester tried fully uninstalling Storyline 360 and reinstalling? It's strange that 9/10 were able to make it work!

    Oh, good question.  I wasn't very clear.  They are viewing it in Articulate Review.  None of them have access to Storyline.

    I figured it out!  It was a case of designer error.  Long story, but the area to click that changed the state of the button was bigger than the area to click to move to the next slide.  2 out of 10 folks were clicking on the bigger area, getting the state to change but not advancing the slide - if that makes any sense.  Thank you for your consideration of the problem though!

      Alright, Rachael! Thanks for following up, it was driving me crazy not knowing why 9/10 were able to get that to work.
