360° Lightbox Popup Not Working
I'm creating a quick example Storyline to show my team how we could use the 360° feature for new hire onboarding, giving users a tour of different facilities.
I followed the instructions in the below article to add a Knowledge Check question as a lightbox so that when the user clicks on the Monitoring Station on Slide 1.4 the question would pop up.

The feature does not seem to work either in the preview or in the published version, which I viewed in Review 360. What might I be doing wrong?

It looks like you're having trouble with triggers that are responsible for making layers appear in your course. Thanks for sharing a copy of your published output! Would you also be willing to share a copy of your Storyline 360 .story project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at how you setup your triggers? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
