Hi, Please help how can I open popup before resume my course and change variable accordingly. Because I want to give a reset course option to the user if they complete the course and want to delete their previous attempted record.
I would suggest that you create a slide that has two options:
1) I want to keep my results and finish the course (reports the completion and the score to the LMS)
2) I want to start over and try again
When the user selects #2, then the button should point to the beginning of the course and that slide should be set to "reset to initial state" when revisiting the slide (under slide properties). I would also suggest that you set the slide properties for each "score" slide to the same.
I am not aware of a built-in command that would revert all variables to their initial states, but you could do this by setting each variable to whatever the default state is at the start of the timeline on the first slide. That way, it would work whether the user is doing the course the first time or taking it over.
