I have a very similar case of an email address not being accepted for a reviewer. The reviewer's company email address was not accepted, but they were able to get it to work and leave comments using their personal email address. Other individual's within my organization were able to review the same piece using their company email address. I am curious why this might've happened for this one individual? Is there a max on how long an email address can be? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.
