I am having a similar problem as what was reported above. A reviewer getting an error message that their work email address is not valid, and my settings is set to allow comments from reviewers without Articulate ID. Is there a known issue with some business account emails?
email message from my reviewer: I tried to leave you a comment on the platform and it told me that my email was not valid (I was using my work email, so maybe that's the issue as it's not generic) but just as an FYI.
