a modul seems incomplete although it was completed
Hi, I have just created an e-learning consisting of several moduls using rise 360. When the participants tried it out they noticed that when they have finsihed one modul and took a break before resuming with the rest of the moduls. the modul they have just finished appears to be undone/incomplete. Did anyone experience a similar thing. And what can be done in this case?

You mention that tis happened after students took a break.
Your LMS may be timing out during the break and not saving any progress.
