This seems to be a recurring issue. It just happened to me now in the middle of using Rise360 when trying to load a new microlearning, and now I can't access Rise360 at all. This has happened to me multiple times over the last few weeks. Any ideas?
The first couple times it happened, I had multiple microlearnings open in different browser tabs, so I thought maybe that caused an issue. But today, I was only opening one microlearning. So now it seems like a broader issue.
Hi DavidMaughan!
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Rise 360!
I see that you've already opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Luiza. Smart move! It looks like she just replied to your e-mail sharing insight and suggestions.
We can continue the conversation there to keep all information in one spot.
Hello everyone,
Rise 360 is loading normally again, and you can now publish courses without issues. Our engineering team is closely monitoring the situation to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Please test this out and let us know if the issue recurs. Thank you!

Is the Articulate server down or something? I have a very important meeting this morning where accessing the server to review a course is key to the entire meeting. Should I cancel?? - StacyVrooman-b0Community Member
Our entire team is also experiencing the same issue.
