Same. I get this... In Courier, no less.
Same here. I'm getting that same msg after a few minutes of "loading". I updated my original msg above.
same. Cannot access Rise, but am able to access Review.

Hi, same. Any access Rise, but review and others products are OK...
"Access denied. This request was blocked. Please email support@articulate.com if you continue to receive this message." is what I am getting for Rise. Storyline seems fine.

Same here. I've tried the fully updated version of all supported browsers (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox), cleared cache and cookies, and rebooted. No luck. I've emailed support as well.
receiving the same errors here! Content loading and access blocked. I have also emailed support. Hopefully its resolved quick!
Displaying the same error.....impacting the work..
I was in the middle of working on a Rise course early, and it crashed and displayed that same message. Must be a system issue.

Apologies for the trouble loading Rise 360. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and is currently looking for a fix. We'll update this post once everything is running smoothly again.

Glad I found this thread. I'd tried everything, different browsers, even rebooting the PC.
I thought it was me...
And if I click a link in a "Your Rise 360 content is ready for download" email, I get to the page but when I click the "Download Content" button, nothing happens.
I'm on the final stage of a project I should have finished last Friday, so this is seriously inconvenient...
