Access path denied - Republish with audio file - SL360

I have an issue when publishing again the same content. Please find attached the printscreen.
I have tried by using a shorter path name.
When I publish into a new empty file, it works. ...

When you insert audio into Storyline we convert it to an MP3, but that image it showing a file path to your published output. Where was the audio originally inserted from?
How are you attempting to publish the file? Can you try importing it into a new Storyline file?
