Do you still have access to your old account?
If you do, you could email copies of your courses to the new account.

Hi Suman! I see that you already have an active Articulate 360 subscription. Please open a case with us and provide the email address from your old account so that you can be assisted in transferring your old courses to your new account.

Can you provide more details on why your account is not working? Are you trying to access your courses on an expired account? If you have a teams account, you can invite your expired account to your new team and you'll be able to access the content on your old account. If this isn't the case, please share more details so we can help you find a solution.
