Accessibility Issue
We are developing an accessibility compliance course for one client. we have set Focus Order in text+ image screen. We have published the course to review 360 and tested using NVDA software. While testing we noticed that it's not reading alt text for image in sequence. when we go back by clicking up arrow and then click the down arrow it reads the image in sequence. Please guide us in this case.

Hi SaurabhBhalja,
Sorry to hear that NVDA is not following the Focus Order you've set in Storyline.
Does the previous Slide contain any large blocks of text or custom navigation buttons? I ask because we're tracking a Storyline bug which causes:
- NVDA skips the first object in the Focus Order if the previous Slide contains long text and custom navigation buttons
If this issue does not apply to your specific design, do you mind sharing a copy of the .story file that's giving you trouble? We're happy to take a closer look and test the playback on our side!
Feel free to upload a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case.

Thanks for the reply,
You are correct; there are log text in the previous screen and we have used custom navigation buttons.
Hi SaurabhBhalja,
Thanks for following up and confirming.
I've linked this discussion to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready. In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest:
- Using the JAWS screen reader, if possible.
- Using the default Player Navigation Buttons instead of custom designs.
I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
