Accessing Rise courses

Hi Team,

The old subscription has expired due to the merger of the companies, and I have been assigned a new ID and subscription account.

Is there any way to recover the Rise courses that were created in old accounts?

We were able to access the account, but not the Rise 360 courses.

Please suggest the way forward.
