Add scores from questionnaire

Hi, I have been asked if its possible to reproduce the questionnaire.  The user answers yes or no to a number of questions.  They manually mark off at the bottom, prominent score determines their learning style.

Any help appreciated. Use storyline and also quizmaker

Jon, this is a relatively straightforward exercise and you should have little problem building it in Articulate. What I would suggest is that you create the questions in a quiz bank, then assign each one a point value based on the response that you expect the question to produce.

For example, "Do you prefer to do X or Y?" An "X" answer would be worth 3 points, but the "Y" answer would be worth 5 points, because the question is expected to produce a "Y" response. You can easily allocate whatever point approach you choose to all of the questions.

At the end, you then add a results slide and a series of layers or lightboxed slides that explain: "A score of ## indicates... A score of $$ indicates... A score of %% indicates..." or something similar.

Looks like you'll have a good time with this one!

    Good luck -
