Problem with Score Submission to the LMS

We are experiencing issues with SCORM packages created in Rise 360 using the "Passed/Failed" configuration. The student's score is not being recorded in the LMS.
Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? We need to ensure that the scores are properly captured and recorded in the LMS after the completion of the training. If there are any specific steps or configurations we should check, please let us know.

Hi Steven,  Your answer to this questions does not help other users who depend upon these questions to guide them in the right direction.  I have the same problem, but I do not have a link to Carlo.  Do I have access to the support case to see how to handle this issue?

    Thanks,

  • Hi RosanaGomes!

Sorry to hear your LMS isn't reporting learner activity as expected!

I see that you've also opened a support case that's being handled by my teammate, Carlo. It looks like Carlo replied to your e-mail with follow-up questions. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with him! We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.

  • Hi dfureyFurey!

Sorry to hear you're also having trouble with a course not sending scores to your LMS!

At the time of my previous reply, Rosana and Carlo had only begun the troubleshooting process. However, checking her case again, it appears the behavior was related to the specific LMS being used. We determined this by testing their course in an LMS test environment like SCORM Cloud.

If your LMS isn't reporting learner activity as expected, I suggest testing your file with SCORM Cloud as well. If the course works as expected in SCORM Cloud, please connect with your LMS administrator so they can take a closer look into the issue. If the same behavior can be observed in SCORM Cloud, please connect with our team through a support case.

    They'd be happy to assist!
