AI Generated Closed Captions not working in Rise

I added a video into Rise and then using the AI Generator created closed captions. When I review in Articulate the captions are there. Publish to SCORM 1.2 for my LMS, and I get the following error.  Anyone have ideas on where to start?

Sorry to hear that closed captions from your Rise course are not loading as expected in your LMS.

The 404 error indicates that the player is trying to load the caption file (.vtt), but the LMS/web server can't find it at the expected location. Since the captions appear correctly in Rise before publishing, the AI caption generation itself is working as expected.

I'd start by first checking the published SCORM package to confirm the .vtt file is present.

    1. Unzip the SCORM package locally.
    2. Navigate to scormcontent > assets.
    3. Look for a file named something such as: ai-captions-1777992634776.vtt
    4. If it's missing, try republishing the course and testing again.

If the file is already in your published SCORM package, it's possible the behavior could be related to the LMS itself. Testing the affected SCORM package with SCORM Cloud is the quickest way to confirm this. If captions work in SCORM Cloud, the package is likely fine, and the LMS is failing to serve the .vtt file correctly. In which case, I suggest connecting with your LMS administrator to see if something else is getting in the way in the LMS environment.

Let me know how it goes!
