AI Voice issue

I am unable to hear the voice clips in My Voices so that I can choose a voice. I have no issue once the speech is generated. I have rebooted my system and I have made sure my settings are on Multilingual V2. Is there anything else I can do to correct this?

    If you can generate speech but not preview voices in My Voices, it’s usually a playback issue. Try checking your audio output settings, refreshing or switching browsers, and disabling extensions that might block audio. Clearing cache or updating the app/browser can also help. If previews still don’t play, it’s likely a known issue with the voice selection interface, so reporting it through support is the best next step. This way you keep clean playback for generated speech while troubleshooting the preview problem.

    Since the generated audio works as expected, this seems to be specific to how previews are handled in the My Voices panel rather than a general playback issue. The UI indicating that it’s playing, like the pause icon you’re seeing, but producing no sound lines up with that.

    It’s worth trying a different, updated browser or clearing your cache to see if that changes the behavior, as Nicholas suggested. You might also check if this happens across all voices or just specific ones.
