All captions and caption icon suddenly gone, but icon visible in player

Hi Kristin,
I'm sorry to hear about what happened to the closed captions in your project file. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Is your project file saved somewhere on your computer when you access it to make changes? Working on a network drive has been known to cause issues, particularly with saving and publishing.
- Are you able to replicate the behavior on a new project file, or is the behavior file specific?
- Are you able to click on export in the captions section of the affected slides?
If you've experienced this behavior more than once and you're already working locally, try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation to fix the behavior.
