All courses suddenly "do not exist"

Not sure if this is a system issue, or is just happening to us. We develop our courses in Articulate, and host on Rise. Today, a customer reported an error when accessing training, "Sorry, the page you are looking for does not exist". I have checked with two test learner accounts we have, and both see a 404 no matter what they click on, be it individual courses, or learning paths.

We have not made any changes to anything in weeks, other than enrolling learners & assigning content.

Any ideas?

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Reach 360! I see that you've submitted a support case as well!

    The Reach 360 platform is currently having technical difficulties. Our engineers are working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible! I apologize for the disruption, and we'll let you know as soon as Reach 360 is fully operational again.
