Hello Michael,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I understand that you’re seeing a different order for Media adjustments when opening the Trigger Wizard, depending on what is included on your slide. When in the Trigger Panel, the Video trigger options take preference if there is both Video and Audio included within the slide. I wanted to confirm that what you’re noticing is expected when interacting with the Trigger Wizard.
Here is a quick Peek to show you this in action!
Could you please explain how the trigger was set up that crashed when you replaced the audio for a video file, so we can help troubleshoot?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Luciana!
Sorry for not getting back to you. It is not okay to raise a case and then not answer when someone gets back to you - sorry about that!
I seem unable to reproduce this which makes me annoyed that I didn't record it on video. I know what I saw ;-)
It was a not a problem with storyline crashing - I would expect that to happen when the user tries to convince storyline that a video file is an audio file.
My comment was merely regarding the inconsistent way these options were presented to the user, depending on what action the user was performing.
Anywho - as it seems no longer to be the case, I'll retire to my cave and reappear when my next problem comes along.
Have a good day!
Best regards
Michael
