Allowing Users to Fast Forward through Videos

I am very confused how to toggle whether or not someone is able to fast forward through videos in Rise. I created a training with 8 videos, and half of them allow you to fast forward and the others do not. I saw instructions floating around from 2020 that state if you click on "Edit" in the upper-right hand corner of the video block, there's an option to turn this option on or off, but I do not see that anywhere (see image below).

Can someone help clue me into how I adjust this? I see other posts about this but they are like 5 years old and seem not to apply. Thanks in advance for your help!
