alternative text

I love that it's so easy to grab images in Rise to embellish our courses. It would make sense for Rise to automatically mark all of those images as decorative, allowing us to assign alt text if there is content presented through the image. 

Is this the case? Does Rise mark them as decorative if we do not change the alt text or do designers need to go into every image added in Rise and assign it as alt text using ""?
