Articulate 360 and Storyline won't open

Through work, I have a license for Articulate 360 and about 2 weeks ago the application stopped opening. I click the app, but nothing happens. When I try to open Storyline 360, I get a message that I have to sign in but when I click the Sign in button, nothing happens. I am able to get into Rise 360 and the Articulate 360 Dashboard online with no issues. I worked with my IT department and they removed then re-installed Articulate 360 and it worked briefly, but then there was a message to update the app and once I updated, Articulate 360 and Storyline were back to not opening.

    I'd like to confirm that the network endpoints are enabled. You may need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's 'allowlist'.
