Articulate 360 Review: Disable access to all but the current course version
Articulate Review is GREAT! Thanks for this wonderful tool!
Please share with me how I can restrict access for reviewers (who already received a link) to any version other than the current version?
Appreciate your help!
Hello Terri - Glad to hear that you are loving Articulate Review :)
When you share a link out for others to review, the current version is what they will see.
I believe you are asking for a way to restrict them from manually choosing a previous version from that link. I could see where that may come in handy, and I will pass your suggestion on to our product team.

Correct. I realize that upon opening the link the Current version is the presented default; was referring to removing previous versions from the drop-down list, or at least restricting access. Thanks so much Leslie:-)
Glad I understood. Your thoughts were shared on your behalf Terri - thank you :)

Is there a way to restrict all users from viewing any version of a link sent? Do they ever expire?
Hi Susan,
If you're looking to have your users and SMEs only view a particular version, you would want to publish that separately and share the link. The version history remains throughout your Articulate 360 subscription as long as the course is still accessible in Review 360.

Is there any way to restrict access to a course in Review 360 after you've given them a link to review. The issue is we have a potential client who has reviewed the course and placed comments in Review 360. We would like to keep them from accessing the course on Review 360 now, but preserve their comments in case they become actual clients and we resume the review process?

Hello Paula,
Happy to help out here! First, I'd recommend exporting the comments to Excel or PDF to keep a copy for your records. Then, follow Alyssa's steps here to generate a new item in Review 360 with a new URL.
Let me know if that's what you had in mind!

So this is still a feature sorely needed - It should be possible to 'resuse' a publish, but hide previous versions from clients - similar to how we can hide resolved comments.
