It may depend on your MS Streams settings if the Storyline 360 file works in the MS Streams environment. I do not have access to an MS Streams account, so I could not give you a definite answer.
A good option would be to upload your course to SCORM Cloud to test if the embedded video will work there, as it's an industry-standard testing ending for LMS and completely free to use. Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to do that.
