We have a problem with the marking of the content in the LMS. As can be seen in the following image, the SCO visible in the LMS that launches the Articulate content is marked as completed, despite not having completed the content headings (in this example, only 29% of the content headings have been displayed). How can we solve this problem, so that it is not marked as completed until 100% of the content headings have been displayed?
On the Publish page for your Rise course, what are your course completion settings?

They are:
- LMS: SCORM 1.2
- Track using course completion (we don't include the quiz, only the content): 100 %
- Reporting: complete/incomplete
- Exit Course Link: ON
- Hide Cover Page: OFF (we are not interested in showing it)

With those settings, the LMS should only record course completion, once all content in the Rise course has been viewed.
But the problem is that if the student only sees two-thirds of the content (for example) Moodle shows that the viewing is completed. And we need the course to show that you have seen only that part (two thirds) and not the whole course. We want the course to actually show what you have seen and not show it as completed until you have seen it in its entirety.

As Rise is set up correctly, this appears to be a LMS problem.
