Articulate Engage Zoom Image Not Working When Inserted into Storyline

Hi,

We are conducting a Studio to Storyline update. The Engage files seem to import properly to Storyline; however, if the Zoom image checkbox is selected on a particular picture, the magnifying glass shows up but the image is cut-off on the right. It doesn't matter what the custom (or automatic) dimensions of the image are, it always cuts off on the right. We are seeing this in Engage preview and in 360 Review. We have not tried publishing it to an LMS yet. 

To make this more complicated, 3 different computers/licenses have this problem. And 1 computer/license works just fine. 

We've tried a few things. Any tweaking/troubleshooting ideas come to mind?

NOTE: When we publish to 360 Review with the 1 computer that does work, all users see the image properly.

    Thanks for sharing a detailed description of the issue you're facing. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    Since the issue isn't present when the course is published on one of your machines, there's a possibility that the issue is installation-related. As a troubleshooting step, try repairing the Storyline 360 installations on the affected computers to see if this fixes the issue. If the issue persists, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
