Articulate Review: Passwords Being Required

I've been running into the same issues described above: several SME's are being prompted to enter their password in order to leave comments. The "Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment" is selected. I've viewed the video you posted earlier in this thread- we have been using Articulate Review since it was released.
This only seems to be an issue for SMEs that have reviewed courses in the past. Clearly they must have set up Articulate IDs before, although neither has an Articulate licence. One SME attempted to recover her password, but a password reset email never came. My question is: is there a way to delete articulate IDs associated with an email address? These Articulate IDs are not connected to any product licence so there is really no need for them, and I think it would be much easier for these SMEs to not have to track down or enter a password in the future in order to leave comments and simply type their email and go.
