Articulate RISE video player
Some of our videos that we use in RISE have text at the very bottom of the video. When the player options pop-up, the text is covered. Is there an option to have the controls BELOW the video, not overlaying or covering any part of the video? (Some of our videos have captions already burned on so the player gets in the way if the user clicks on it)

No, I would just use a Storyline block for this, without the Storyline player. An additional bonus of which is that Storyline has a transcript option in the media player.
