Articulate Rise
Hi,
Can anyone help me, please. When I go onto Rise, some of my courses look like they're still loading. I can't refresh them, cancel them or get rid of them. (see attached picture). Is there a solution for this, please?

Hi Kathy,
About 15 hours ago I was having this same problem. It is not that uncommon for me. It is usually at the end of the day. I find restarting my machine does the trick.

I'm so sorry for the interruption, everyone. When accessing Rise 360, or trying to view a Share link for a Rise 360 course, you may see prolonged loading time followed by an error. We're investigating this issue, and we'll share an update with you as soon as this is resolved.
