Articulate Storyline Freezing and Closing
Is anyone experiencing Storyline freezing and closing without a warning message? When logging back in, the recovery message does appear. This is happening frequently to one of my team members. No one else on our team is experiencing this issue. Any advice is appreciated.

- Do you know if your team member is working locally?
- We recommend you Create, Edit, and Publish Courses on Your Local Hard Drive while authoring in order to avoid erratic behavior.
- Have they tried a repair of Storyline 360? Here's how:

- Launch your Articulate 360 desktop app by clicking the Articulate icon in your computer's system tray (beside the clock) or by double-clicking the Articulate 360 shortcut on your desktop.
- Hover over Storyline 360 until a drop-down arrow appears, then click the arrow and choose Uninstall Storyline 360.
- When Storyline has finished uninstalling, reboot your computer.
- Launch your Articulate 360 desktop app again, then click the Install button next to Storyline 360. A fresh copy of Storyline will automatically install.
- Reboot your computer again and test Storyline.
If they are still running into trouble, we'd be happy to have our support engineers take a closer look at their setup within a support case.
