Articulate Storyline unable to import PowerPoint
Hi there,
I kept on getting the Articulate Storyline Error Report when trying to import the PowerPoint file.
The Storyline is able to read the slides with previews, however when I tried to import, it crashes everytime.
Tried saving the PowerPoint as 97-03 Compatible PPT format and still not working.
The slides does not have animations, it only contains images and audio tracks.
Any suggestions? Really need to get this done urgently. Thank you.
here's the error log.

Are the PPT and SL both living on your C Drive?

Yes, all local.
Hello JasonZhang,
It's great to see you've taken Ron's advice and opened a case with us! It looks like my colleague Phil reached out to you via email. You're in excellent hands! We'll continue the conversation in your case, so everything is in one spot.

I would recommend running a PPT repair and trying again. It may also be worth submitting a case and letting support engineers take a look at that error code
