Have you tried testing your course in Storyline 360's latest version to see if the issue still exists. there? Here's how you can update your Storyline 360 version. 

If the issue persists in Update 72, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Good news! I was able to fix the issue by recreating the player in a new file. Here are the steps that I followed to fix things.

1. Create a new file
2. Check the Seekbar box in the Player Properties
3. Insert Slide 1.1
4. In the Slide Properties, set the Player features to Player defaults
5. Insert your quiz slides
6. In the Slide Properties, set the Player features to Custom for selected slides and uncheck all the features. Do this for each question slide.
7. Import the quiz slides into a question bank.
8. Draw a new question bank slide
9. Save
